As we all aware about the Importance of GST Sales Outward Register in the Sage 300. The GST Sales Outward Register Report contains data from the AR Invoice, Credit note, Debit note and GL Batch screens and OE Transactions. It can be difficult to trace posted transactions for certain data ranges. To address this issue, we created an GST Sales Outward Register Report in Sage 300 ERP.
New Stuff: PO Number in AR Aged Trial Balance report
Now, we have made some modification to Outward Register and some customization as per client requirement which can be seen in the below image. We have given filter criteria so that user can filter out the data as per Date range, Customer Code, Item Category, Customer Group, Location and Item wise in to the excel format. Also, we have added customization of Summary and details wise data for ease of users work. In which user can print data Summary wise and Detail wise (Item Wise) by selecting the required radio button.
The user must first select the right file directory, date, and customer code and other filter before clicking the Export Button to export the data to Excel. If the given filters are in the selected range, then only the data will be exported; if the filters are not within the selected range, data will not be exported, and the system will display the error “Records not found.”
As you can see in the above Image Detail Radio Button is selected so it will allow you to select Item and Item Category to export data Item/Detail Wise where as in below image after selection of Summary radio button Item number and Item Category will get disable as it will be summary wise report.
This report will help user to keep the track of day to day transaction as per summary or details.
