GUMU™ for Sage CRM and Sage X3 Integration Link is a real time, bi-directional link that integrates Sage X3 and Sage CRM data. Here in this blog, we will walk you through the various features currently available in this product.

New Stuff: What’s New – GUMU Customizer – I

  • Import features:
  1. Import Business Partner (only Customer): This process will import all the customers along with their contacts and addresses from Sage X3 to Sage CRM.
  2. Import Product: Import Product process will bring all the products from Sage X3 to Sage CRM under pricing list named “ERPPricing”. Later, user can use these products to create sales order/ Quotes  from Sage CRM to Sage X3.
  3. Synchronize Dropdowns:- This will bring all the dropdown option values necessary for promoting  customers from  Sage CRM to Sage X3.

  •  Allow / deny CRM users from accessing integration functionality:

Security Matrix:- Using this feature, system admin can allow / deny particular user from accessing various GUMU features like promoting customers /orders / invoices, viewing the order/ AR inquiry.

  • Real time features in GUMU integration:

In GUMU™, there are some processes which works on real time basis. i. e. whatever changes users are doing in Sage X3, it will immediately get updated in Sage CRM and vice versa. For example,

  1. Creating/editing new customer records from Sage X3 to Sage CRM:- Using our GUMU integration, user can create / update customer data on real time basis from Sage X3 to Sage CRM.
  2. Editing customer records from Sage X3 to Sage CRM:– If Sage ERP X3 user updates any customer data in Sage X3, it gets updated in Sage CRM immediately.
  3. Inquiry screens: – AR Inquiry Order Inquiry tabs present under company context display data on real time basis.
  • Promote/Link features:
  1. Promote Customer:- User can create new customers in Sage CRM and can promote them to Sage ERP X3 using Promote button.
  2. Link/Unlink customers:- User can link particular customer in CRM with existing customer in Sage X3.
  3. Promote Quote/Orders:- User can create quote/ order in Sage CRM and can promote them to Sage ERP X3 using Promote button

In our GUMU integration, we have added this new feature where CRM user can create grids, screens using this option to display require data from Sage X3 using Sage X3 Web services. Using this option user can create their own inquiry screen.
