Recently Sage has released Sage CRM 2018 R3 integrated with Sage 300 2019. In this tab almost all of the OE and AR Inquiry tabs are redesigned such that all integrations screens have modern look and feel. We will explain them in this blog in more detail.
New Stuff: Duration column in Tracking tabs within Sage CRM
- No of records to be displayed per page
User can choose how many records to be displayed on the same page without altering Global configuration of Grid Size under User Preferences. User can simply select values as 10, 50 or 100. Based on the value selected, records will get displayed per page. Refer below screenshot.
- Easy to Add or Remove column(s) from Grid:
Previously user needs to change code into corresponding pages to add or remove any columns from the grids displayed into A/R and O/E Inquiry pages. However now user can simply click on 3 dots which is available on the Right Hand Side of column name and select fields or columns that they want to display.
- Filter Grid on the fly
User can easily add filter condition to any column simply by clicking on Filter column and adding filter condition. Now here suppose we want to add filter condition to On Hold column. So, to do this we need to click on Filter Box and add filter condition as, value equal to No and click on Filter button. After clicking on Filter button, you can see that only those record are displayed whose value is On Hold value is No. Refer below screenshot.
- To remove the filter condition, simply click on Clear button and grid will be reverted again. Refer below screenshot.
The above-mentioned functionality can also be seen against A/R Inquiry tab of company in CRM. We will be explaining more and more features in our upcoming blogs.
