Features of Calendar List in Sage CRM 2018 R3

With the recent release of Sage CRM 2018 Version, many additional features are been introduced such as Quick find, Mailchimp Integration etc., also additional Calendar features too were implemented which are useful for Sage CRM users in our blog we will be introducing about Calendar List features.

New Stuff: New Features in System Behavior in Sage CRM 2018 R2

Calendar list shows all tasks and appointments of the logged in user under MY CRM tab so that user can plan out there activities easily. Users can also arrange their task by using the Calendar List flexible features for listing as explained below.

  1. Filtration
    The user can filter calendar data by applying filtration as Has Attachment, Date/Time, Type, Action, Person, Company, Subject, details, and Status as shown in below screenshot.

    Suppose the user selects Pending in status column and clicks on Filter button, then only Communications with  Pending Status will shown in the Calendar list. Also, for removing the filtration user can simply hit on Clear button as shown in below screenshot. This will clear out the selected filtered values.

  2. Sorting
    If the user wants to sort appointment in Ascending/Descending order based on the column then he simply needs to click on the column on which sorting is applied as shown for the Company column in below screenshot.

  3. Rows Per Page
    Users can also adjust the records to be displayed on the calendar list based on their requirement. Below highlighted numbers are the count of records to be displayed per page. Based on the selected value the records will be filtered automatically and remaining data will be arranged in the next page.
