GUMU™ for Sage CRM – Sage 100 application is a real time bi-directional integration link. Today, in this blog we will discuss about new feature which we had received for one of our client and we have incorporated the same in our latest version of GUMU product.
Recently, we come across with a new requirement from client where he want see message related to Credit Limit Exceed/Credit On Hold in Sage CRM Company screen when Customer’s Credit Limit gets exceeded OR Customer is on Credit Hold.
In Sage 100, if Customer is on Credit Hold then it displays warning message on Customer screen. The same warning message i.e. ‘Customer On Credit Hold’ we have displayed in Sage CRM using GUMU integration. This is on the fly message which displays directly from Sage 100 data. Refer below screenshot.
Similarly, we have displayed the Customer Credit Limit is Exceed Message when customer’s Credit Limit gets exceeded as shown in below screenshot.
