Send Email Notification on Assigned User in Sage CRM

Timely communication is essential for effective CRM adoption and user engagement. To improve visibility of key CRM activities, we implemented an automated email notification solution in Sage CRM using a combination of SQL Triggers and Sage CRM Escalation Rules and view.

This approach ensures that users receive relevant notifications whenever important events occur, helping teams stay informed and respond promptly to business activities.

One of our client came up with the requirement that, they want the email notification when new company is created or changed the Account manager and when new communication task or appointment is assigned or change the user of communication.

1. Task Assignment Notification

Whenever a task is assigned / reassigned to a user, an email notification will be automatically generated and sent to the assigned individual.
