Any feature which performs the mass actions is always termed to be a good feature. There is a feature in sage x3 which deletes all the work orders in bulk but yes with the different filter criterion and this functionality is nothing but the ‘Automatic Deletion’.
The orders to be deleted are selected based on their status (firm, planned, suggested) and their allocation and scheduling status.
Functional Path: Manufacturing → Batch Processes → Automatic deletions
Enter the production site and select the options for work orders one is allocated and other is scheduled, click on OK.

It will delete all the work orders related to the production site you have entered and a log file is generated.
