Follow below steps to apply a new License in Sage Enterprise Management V6.5.
- Copy the new license to the server system where Sage X3 is installed.
- Stop all Sage X3 services. Go to command prompt and run services.msc

- If it is a Client Server system then, make sure all the X3 session is closed.
- Go to the installation path of Sage X3. Suppose that you have installed it in C drive then the path would be:
“C:\Sage\SAGEX3V65\X3V65\runtime\.serialisation”
- You will find an existing license file on the above path.
- Delete the old file and replace it with the new license file.
- Start all the X3 services again.
