How to Disconnect the User when you get BADGE issue

You may come across the situation where you are getting the badge issue while Logging in Sage X3. It may be due to some user session is not disconnected. Here you can disconnect the user from the web client session.

Navigate to: Administration -> Session management -> Web client session

After disconnecting the user you have login again with your user credentials. Kindly refer to the below snippet of code for better understanding. Here we are getting the Badge issue.

Navigate to: Administration -> Session management ->Web client session

Select the user you want to disconnect, click Action button and disconnect the user.
