In order to automatically allocate work order. Sage X3 provides a feature to automatically allocate work order in a global or detailed manner.

To successfully bring this functionality follow below steps

Navigate to: Set up >> Manufacturing >> Entry transactions>>work orders

Select Allocation method in the parameters tab.
