Steps to Reset the User’s Password in Sage 300 People
Access the User’s screen.
- Expand the Security Menu from the navigation pane.
- Double click on the Users Menu.
- Double click on the Specific user you want to reset the password to.
- User Detail screen displays
- Click on the logon info option.
- Reset password option will be visible on the ribbon.
- Click on the Reset password option.
- You will get a Dialogue box asking for confirmation for resetting the password and to notify the user via email.
- Click on the No.
- Change password window displays.
- Enter the New password and confirm the password then click on the change. Once password has been changed, Password reset successfully message displays.
- Click on OK
