Quick search box option is available on the upper right of Sage CRM screen. User can search for records by typing the key words and this feature automatically searches for the matching data. In earlier version this feature was limited to company, people, case, opportunity, lead, solution, communication, order, quote, and custom entity records.

In Sage CRM 2018 R3, Users can also search for Address, Email and Phone data in Quick Find search box. This feature is extended to include phone number, email and address information related with Company and Person records.
Let’s say you have piece of address information or email address in your mind and you needed to get Company or Person information out of that, you can simply put the information on quick search box and in return in no time you will get the required information on screen.
User can also navigate to summary view of the record by clicking on the hyperlink from the available matching records listed.
