3.Export Status Flag:
To track the export status of EDI files, a flag will be displayed on the Sales Delivery Screen.
This flag will indicate whether the EDI file has been successfully exported or not.
4.Local Drive Export:
The generated EDI file will be exported to a designated location on the local drive of the system.
This ensures easy access and retrieval.
5.Defined Location Sending:
The system will support sending the exported EDI file to a predefined location. This can be a remote server, partner system, or any destination specified in the configuration.
6.Archive Creation:
As a backup and record-keeping measure, an archive of exported EDI files will be automatically created.
This archive ensures historical data is readily available for reference or auditing purposes.
7.Bulk ASN Export:
In addition to exporting EDI files for individual deliveries, we will provide an option to export Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs) for multiple deliveries simultaneously.
